How to restrict certain pages to User Role Members Only

Hi, I’m brand new to using your plugin. So I’ll have a few questions. I’m using Wholesale Suite for a new client site with a Membership Woocommerce product to sell the membership. We will be selling Memberships via Woocommerce.

Once the Membership product is purchased (after Admin approval), then the User Status changes to Membership 2026. Then they should be able to ACCESS CERTAIN PAGES ONLY (and not be available for public to see at all) OR for google to pickup these pages.

So I assume when I add a User Access Level called Membership2026, and assign my 3 pages that are meant for Members only , then there shouldn’t be any issues for other non members seeing these pages?

ALSO I see there are many settings in your plugin :

Under Members Tab in your plugin – I added TRIGGER User Role “Membership2026” . Does that mean that when there is a new Member who receives the User Role “Membership2026” that they will auto be placed in this list on this page also? Rather than manually adding them in?

Under CAPABILITIES TAB in your plugin – These all seem to be direct access to backend of wordpress which I have DENIED ALL – I was bit confused as to WHY these settings were there at all?

Under OPTIONS Tab in your plugin – Non Member I have REDIRECTED to “NOT AUTHORISED” Page I have created. There are other tick boxes in this section also ie. Deny Access to Unprotected Content / Deny Access to Admin Area / Hide Admin Toolbar etc.

My client site for Membership will NOT have access to ADMIN at all, it is ONLY for MEMBERS who are in a particular club who can access certain pages that ADMIN creates. So do I have to tick “Deny Access to Admin Area / Hide Admin Toolbar ” when this is NOT relevant? Possibly I assume.

Is there anything else I need to understand for functionality on your plugin to AVOID non members (general public) to access restricted content? Can google pickup these pages ? HOW else do I protect these pages from general public and non members?

Thanks Kristin
