I initially purchased a license with high expectations, believing it would integrate well with MainWP as advertised. While I did experience some early challenges with the plugin unexpectedly stopping, I appreciated the support I received after reaching out.
Once connected with the support team, they were incredibly helpful, guiding me through each step to ensure my backups were functioning properly. Due to recent limitations on Dropbox API requests, we opted to switch to Amazon S3, which has been working successfully.
So far, everything is running smoothly, and backups are performing as expected.
